Open the bot- 01Machine modelA photo of the machine or the model name. You can find the model code in our catalog.
- 02Machine locationGeolocation or the exact address as text.
- 03ContactA phone number in the +998 format or the contact shared with the button.
- 04Video of the faultA short video that shows the problem. If you cannot film it, the bot has a “Skip video” button.
At the end the bot shows the whole request: you check it and send it.
